- BOI encourages industries to enjoy 100% foreign ownership and corporate income tax exemptions for 3-13 years
- Directors have no nationality or residency requirements, and the company registration process has been simplified online
- BOI enterprises can legally own land ownership, which ordinary foreign-invested companies do not

✅ Breaking through shareholding restrictions, allowing foreign capital to hold 100% without local shareholders
✅ Enjoy 3-13 years of CIT exemption, duty-free import equipment, and land ownership
✅ Must be in an encouraged industry, meet investment amounts, and meet local employment requirements
Representative Office (RO)
i️ It serves as a pre-observation station for preliminary market research and business liaison, and does not have independent legal entity status
i️ Conduct research, client liaison, and administrative support, but cannot sign profit contracts
i️ It is suitable for foreign-invested enterprises that are not currently engaged in physical business for early planning
